1. Defects
The planner you receive could have cosmetic issues including, but not limited to: creases, scratches, dents, air bubbles, tears, blurry printing, uneven printing, ink or other marks on the fabric cover, inner pages, back pocket, or planner stickers. It is 100% functional, imperfections are merely cosmetic. Please purchase this only at your own comfort. Exchanges/refunds are not allowed. 

2. Browsing copies
These planners are browsing copies that were displayed for customers to flip through at our retail stockists. They include about 10 pages that have been written on, including (but not limited to) Yearly Resolutions, Favourite Moments, Tracking logs, January monthly overview, January monthly mindfulness, 1st week of January weekly spread. They may also have price tags, and contain signs of wear and tear.
