This year, we've got 3 weekly layout options in 2 different sizes! It's the most planner options we've ever had, so let's break it down!
Step 1: Choose the weekly layouts that works better for you:
- Full
- To-do
- Balanced
Note that other than the weekly pages, all the other pages/features are exactly the same between the 3 layouts! :)
Each layout has just one cover design, and we strongly recommend choosing your planner based on the layout that works better for you, rather than the cover design.
Step 2: Choose the size that you want:
- Regular (A5 size, hard cover)
- Mini (B6 size, soft cover)
Again, features are the same between the 2 sizes. Mini is just a smaller version of the Regular size!
TL;DR summary: follow this infographic to figure out the right planner for your lifestyle!

Which weekly layout should I choose?
Option 1: Full

The Full layout is made up of spacious daily boxes. This is the layout that many of us first encountered as kids, and it's also what I would recommend to beginners new to using planners! Our customers also choose this layout if they want to do daily journaling.
The spacious daily boxes are great if you have lots of small tasks that you are working on, and completing, in a day! There's also a coloured sub-section that you can use for jotting down your events, daily reminders, or meal/workout tracking.

Option 2: Weekly To-Do List

The magic of this layout lies in the weekly to-do list on the right page! A weekly to-do list works amazing if you tend to have these 3 types of tasks:
- Bigger tasks that take a few days to finish
- Tasks that are less urgent aka you need to finish this by the end of the week, as opposed to the end of the day
- Daily recurring tasks, e.g. you need to generate a sales report everyday
With a to-do list that works on a weekly basis instead of a daily basis, you avoid having to write the same task repeatedly over multiple days. It also offers flexibility and acts as a dumping spot for less urgent tasks that you can get to later! With the daily indicators, you can circle the days that you want to work on the task to keep yourself organised.
The left page has daily boxes which you can use for your urgent same-day tasks, however it is much smaller than the one in Option 1.
This layout has been our best-seller for the past few years :)

Option 3: Balanced
Our newest layout that we just launched this year! This layout was developed after receiving user feedback from our customers who loved the weekly to-do list but wished for more space for their daily tasks. So we took what we loved from the 2 layouts and designed a hybrid of both!

We've got pretty big daily boxes with plenty of space for your daily tasks. These are almost as big as the ones in Layout 1 but are laid out vertically instead of horizontally! This gives us space for a compact weekly to-do list on the right. While these don't have the daily indicators that we had in Layout 2, it works perfect for those who still want the flexibility of a weekly to-do list! Like I said, it's the perfect balance!

- "My colleague (social worker HOD) bought this because she had more overall task to do overall in a week than daily. but I'm a social worker that is seeing clients everyday and I bought to-do layout last year but realised I didn't use that side page a lot (to-do tasks), I used more of the date boxes, hence I bought the Balanced to try out for next year since I still have to-do list over the week but not as much as seeing clients a day."
- "Medical social worker. Have quite a bit of backlog that often take days/weeks to clear, so to-do is better."
- "Pharmacy - tried before Full layout, but task gets moved around, easy to reschedule to fit"
- "Risk Management. Loads of weekly tasks unable to completely on a daily basis. Good to have both views."
- "Insurance specialist. Bought this cause I needed a to-do list for each week, but at the same time there are also mini tasks that need to be completed on a daily basis. The smaller daily boxes also helps me to keep track of my appointments with my clients! The priority to-dos is important too, to help me prioritise what needs to be urgently cleared!"

- "Social work. Todo 2026 had insufficient daily space even after halving it to double up. as social workers we need the flexibility of a weekly spreadsheet because daily work is so dynamic, we don't know what might spring up and end up taking priority. While the to-do 2026 layout daily boxes is small (and insufficient), I liked that I could half it, essentially doubling up the task lists, helping me to maximise the space."
- "Tuition teacher. I used 'todo' for 2026, but balanced appealed to me with the space to journal!"
- "Building Engineer. Given plenty of tasks to be done, and it's hard to do everything in one single day."
- "Social worker! The big boxes helps me to plan for the day (write more etc.) weekly - not so urgent tasks."
- "HR manager. The balanced one allows me to slot the urgent ones in the day and the long tasks in the to-do list"
- "Office worker - I need to write what I do today + need to see what to do this week"
- "I have a lot of space in the to-do list that I never end up utilising"
- "Payroll specialist. A lot of daily tasks. But also tasks that last for a few days."
- "Student. Wanted to try the new format"
- "Teacher. Loved the to-do list one but ultimately it didn't have enough daily space for me!"
- "Office worker where I clear more todos across the week during my evenings, but I realised I would like sat and sun to be much bigger and the weekdays smaller!"
- "Teacher, more space to write daily lessons and the side to-do is helpful for tasks to follow up."

Which size should I choose?

Option 1: Regular (A5 size, hard cover)
We recommend this if you're someone who needs more writing space, and doesn't mind having a bigger/heavier planner to bring around. As it's a hardcover with a reinforced spine, it is also sturdier and more durable than the mini version.
Option 2: Mini (B6 size, soft cover)
We recommend this if you're someone who likes to bring your planner around with you everywhere you go, and you're looking for a portable planner! It's also good for those who need less writing space, and don't mind a less sturdy/durable planner compared to the Regular one.
I hope this helps!
