Due to the nature of the printing process, minor imperfections may occur. These can include cosmetic marks, small scratches, or slight dents on any part of the product. Colours may also vary from photos and between printing batches. Assessment of acceptable imperfections is at our discretion and will not be considered defects. Please place an order only if you’re comfortable with this.

Returns & refunds
The sale of all items are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the event of a severe manufacturing defect or other circumstances, in which case please reach out to us at helu@helumi.co so we can make it right.
